Richie Eye Clinic & LASIK Center is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Optical team! At Richie Eye Clinic & LASIK Center, our team of doctors and staff have passion for what they do and are dedicated to making a difference!

Here are some of the key functions of the Optical Manager:

• Manage and support Optical team members in daily work

• Lead team and department with a positive, servant leadership style

• Manage frame inventory levels according to established standards, including meeting with frame reps and selection of eyewear

• Prepare various reporting to leadership team

• Manage and monitor Optical department processes for efficiency, accuracy and compliance

• Work as an Optician
  
  

Are you the one?
Qualified candidates should have experience managing a team in a professional and/or retail setting; previous experience as an Optical Manager and/or Optician in an ophthalmologist or vision office preferred.
